To See the Active Security Settings of a Folder, Using the Folder Properties Dialog

Open the Properties dialog of a folder or work area (Folder > Properties).

Go to the Work Area\Folder Security tab.

For work areas, this tab can be found on the Work Area Security dialog (Work Area Properties > Participants > Advanced).

Set Security Type to Real (Workflow & Folder).

The users, groups, and/or access lists who currently have security settings in effect for this folder are displayed.

Select a user, group, or access list to view their the active permissions in the Permissions list.
